Retreat Details


 Dates: Thursday 5th - Sunday 8th June, 2025
 Location: Floripa Yoga and Kite Center Sicily, https://www.floripa.it/

About the location: Floripa Yoga and Kite Center is located only a few steps from a long and quiet beach. There is a lido Zuma (beach club) where you can enjoy delicious lunches and snacks as well as sunbeds and hammocks. Additionally you can use a volley court for a bit more intensive activity as well as taking part in water sports. Floripa has instructors that offer kitesurfing, windsurfing and Stand Up Paddle lessons. If you are already experienced you can also just rent the equipment. There are also a paddle board Yoga classes and there is a floating studio available onsite. On top of that, there are 3 fantastic inhouse therapists (Osteopathy, Massage and Reflexology). Bikes are available to use during free time and a jacuzzi that can be privatized on demand.

Closest airport: Floripa is located 1h30 from the International airport of Catania

Transfer from and to the airport: a private transfer between the airport and Floripa can be arranged at the cost of 100€ per transfer for up to 4 people or 150€ per transfer for up to 8 people. Depending on how many people join the transfer the cost per trip is split between the passengers. 

Alternatively, there is a public bus you can take just in front of the airport that takes you to Pozzallo. From there, Floripa can organise a pick up at the cost of 10€ per person per trip. 

Number of places for the retreat: only 14 places available

Daily retreat activities: daily group meditation and hypnosis for relaxation, energy boost, confidence and abundance (with Dragana), optional morning and evening yoga - extra cost of 16€ per class per person (with Floripa yoga teachers, to be booked on the spot)

Note: There is a daily retreat schedule (see below). However, you are free to choose your own schedule and listen to what feels good to you in that moment.

Optional day trips: outside of Floripa, you can organize day trips to beautiful old towns like Modica, Scicli, Noto, Marzamemi and nature reserves such as Vendicari. 


Rooms available : 


All the rooms have a private bathroom. Floripa is composed of 3 houses surrounded by a lush garden and statues of deities.

Within the garden there are also outdoor showers and a bathroom available. 



Investment per person (including VAT of 22%) : 

- Single occupancy of a double bedroom: 1,220 EUR per person

- Double occupancy of a double bedroom: 800 EUR per person

- Shared room with 3 or 4 people: 700 EUR per person

- Food - International breakfast, a la carte lunch (Zuma beach club) and an Italian buffet dinner

Thursday, 5th June 2025 - DAY 1  - RELAX AND FEEL THE LOVE
 Arrival & Check-in

Anytime - a la carte lunch at Zuma beach club. 

3:30pm - 5pm -  Retreat opening session with Dragana
 Meditation for relaxation and energy boost within your mind, body and heart. Followed by a powerful group hypnotherapy to reconnect with the pure self-love you were born with and attract even more love into your life. 

6pm - 7:30pm - Optional yoga class with Floripa yoga teachers 

Additional cost of 16€ per class per person payable on the spot

8pm – A delicious Italian buffet dinner 


Friday, 6th June 2025 - DAY 2 - LOVE YOUR BODY INTO RADIANT HEALTH

8am - 9.30am – Optional yoga class with Floripa yoga teachers 

Additional cost of 16€ per class per person payable on the spot

8am - 10:30am – A delicious international breakfast

A treat for your belly.

11am - 12:30pm – Meditation and Group Hypnotherapy with Dragana

Shake off any heaviness and negative self-talk from your mind and body with a mindful meditation. Energise your body into radiant health through a balancing group hypnotherapy session.

Anytime – a la carte lunch at Zuma beach club

Treat your belly while enjoying the sound of waves and a warm sand under your feet. 

6pm - 7:30pm - Optional yoga class with Floripa yoga teachers

Saturday, 7th June 2025 - DAY 3 - BECOME AN ABUNDANCE MAGNET

8am - 9.30am – Optional yoga class with Floripa yoga teachers

11am - 12:30pm – Meditation and Group Hypnotherapy with Dragana

11am - 12:30pm – Optional session - Meditation and Group Q&A with Dragana

Some people might want to book late evening flights back home. Therefore, this is an optional session for those who can attend.
