What is RTT?


Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a multi-award-winning therapy that is quickly gaining recognition for its rapid and long-lasting results.

What you can expect in a session


A habit of thinking, believing and doing certain things in your life is directed by your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is like a computer program consisting of different "codes" (thoughts, beliefs and reactions). You have "learned" these "codes" throughout your life, most of them in your early childhood. The only way to get fast and permanent changes in you life is to "unlearn" an old and "learn" a new subconscious "code". And I can help you do exactly that, using RTT.


During an RTT session, hypnosis is used to get you into a relaxed mental state where you connect with your subconscious mind. Then we go back to events and memories linked to the root cause of your presenting issue. We uncover the negative meaning, interpretation and beliefs from these events and then change the meaning, interpretation and beliefs to ones which are positive and empowering. 


Rapid breakthroughs are achieved by understanding and fixing the root cause, rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT has such a permanent all-pervasive impact, as it erases and eradicates issues at the core for life-changing benefits.


A personalized recording (10-15 minutes long) is created for you and you listen to this recording every day for 28 days. As brain learns by repetition, this is the time needed for your brain to adopt new habits of thinking and acting. This will rewire the subconscious for fast effective and long-term change.
